Terms of Service

By using Vela, you agree to these terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Vela for your personal and professional business purposes as a hairstylist.

2. Subscriptions

Vela offers a free plan (up to 10 clients) and Vela Pro ($19/month or $189/year) for unlimited clients. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

3. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, and for obtaining consent from clients before storing their information or photos.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Vela unlawfully, reverse-engineer it, or misuse the shared product library.

5. Estimates disclaimer

Vela's cost, pricing, and profit figures are estimates based on the data you provide, for informational purposes only — not financial or tax advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions.

6. Disclaimer & liability

Vela is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for lost data or business losses; keep your own records where important. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior 12 months.

7. Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the app. We may suspend access for violations. You may stop using Vela anytime.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
